Attention:

1. Resistance protection

To prevent excessive current, resistance protection must be used, otherwise slight voltage transfer will cause large current changes (burning may occur).

2. Storage:

Please do not open the moisture-proof bag of the product before use. It should be stored in an environment below 30 ℃ and humidity below 60% before opening, with a shelf life of 1 year.

After opening the packaging, the LED must be stored at 30 ℃/40% humidity and used up within 7 days.

If the moisture absorbing material (silicone) has disappeared or the diode has exceeded the storage time, the following conditions should be used for drying treatment: 60 ± 5 ℃ for 2 hours.

3. Welding conditions:

PB-FREE reflow soldering temperature profile, reflow soldering should not exceed twice, please do not press the LED light heavily during soldering, and do not twist the circuit board until the temperature returns to room temperature after soldering.
